Searching & Filtering Downloading Files Sorting Columns "NEW" Badge Request a File Report an Issue Admin Features

Searching & Filtering

Use the search bar at the top of the Document Library to find Safety Data Sheets by article number, product name, or series. Results update as you type.

Filter by Series — Click a series pill (e.g. 388, 660) to show only documents from that product line.

Filter by Standard — Narrow results to a specific regulatory standard (e.g. GHS, REACH).

Filter by Language — Show only SDS files in a specific language (e.g. DE, EN, FR).

Show only NEW — Toggle the New filter to see only documents uploaded since your last login.

You can combine search text with filters. For example, search for an article number while also filtering by language to quickly pinpoint the exact file you need.

Downloading Files

There are two ways to download Safety Data Sheets from the Document Library:

Single File Download

Click the Download button (↓) at the end of any row to immediately download that individual PDF. Your download will start right away.

Bulk Download (Multiple Files)

1

Check the checkbox on the left side of each row you want to download. You can also use the checkbox in the table header to select all visible files at once.

2

A download bar will appear at the bottom of the screen showing how many files are selected.

3

Click Download Selected in the bar to download all chosen files as individual PDFs.

Sorting Columns

Click on any column header in the document table to sort the list by that column. Click the same header again to reverse the sort order (ascending ↑ or descending ↓).

Sortable columns include: Article, Series, Standard, Language, Version, and Upload Date. The currently active sort column is highlighted with an arrow indicator.

The "NEW" Badge

NEW

Documents uploaded to the library after your last login are marked with a red NEW badge next to their article number. This makes it easy to spot recently added or updated Safety Data Sheets.

The badges disappear the next time you log in, since those files are no longer "new" to you. Use the New filter pill to see only newly added documents.

If you can't find the Safety Data Sheet you need, you can submit a request and the team will upload it for you.

Enter the article number of the product you need (e.g. 388-001159). Optionally specify the preferred language and add any additional notes.

3

Click Submit Request. You'll receive an email notification when the file becomes available.
